The Diamond Valley Motorcycle Club was formed in 1967 by a group of riders interested in motocross or scrambles. The members scraped together some money and purchased an established MX track near Ballarat called Newtown. Eventually the club sold this track and now we rely on hiring other clubs tracks or using various properties for our events. We are primarily a motocross and enduro club and we run an average 6 to 8 events per year, with the emphasis on fun and good natured competition. We are well known for our Pony Express team events which are a good chance for people to meet and bring their friends out for a ride. Club meetings 1st Thurs of the month at the Diamond Creek Tavern / pub 8.30pm upstairs. Come along and have a drink, meal and chat. 1st meeting 4th Feb 2010

IMPORTANT UPDATE! Please note that for ALL events this year (mx, enduro & pony express) we will now be running an Over 35's class. Please be advised that no noisey bikes will be tolerated. Your bike must not be above 94 DBA. We will be scrutineering bikes for noise, if your bike is found to be above the recommended level you will be given a warning. If at the next event you are found to be above the noise limit again you will be excluded from racing until the problem is rectified.

The DVMCC is an MA affiliated club and all our events are licensed under MA. Yearly memberships runs from Jan - Dec. The cost for membership is: Senior | $40 | Junior | $30 | Family | $50 |
Entry into events generally costs $35 which includes the MA levy.
